Nuke: Adopted by Andrea and John
We had Nuke (originally named Robbie) from Pauline when he was 10 months old. Right from the start he was a real character, he settled into the house very quickly. in fact it took him about 10 minutes to find his way up the stairs and onto the middle of our bed! He was a real charmer although he certainly had an appetite - earning himself the nickname of 'Mr Manybellies'.
Despite having some health problems, Nuke was a lovely and very lively youngster. Sadly we lost him to a road accident after a year but he is very fondly remembered. We were fortunate enough to find him after the accident and were able to bury him in a sunny spot in the garden where he liked to sleep and have planted some forget-me-nots over his resting place. There are no new mature cats available for the moment, although we have plenty of feral cats that need a good home.
